- Shipping costs depend on the size of the order and the shipping method you select. We aim to ship all completed orders within 48 hours of the order being completed. All products are shipped via Asia so please take this into consideration when judging the length of shipping.

- Delivery Information
- All deliveries are sent from our production hq in Asia using the national carrier, the customer is responsible for all charges related to shipping. YourEyesLie® cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular item, or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty. We will require you to take delivery of the goods ordered when tendered to you. If you fail to make alternative arrangements with the courier engaged to deliver the goods to you within 14 days after the first attempt to deliver goods to you has occurred, then we may, at our complete discretion, store and insure the goods ordered at your cost until delivery can take place or the goods can be returned at your cost to our custody. In either event, we reserve the right, at our complete discretion, to set off any of these costs or any consequential costs reasonably incurred by ourselves as a first charge against any monies we have received from you in respect of the order. Such recovery of costs would be without prejudice to our rights otherwise under these Terms and Conditions.
- Order Cancellation
- If you wish to cancel your order please contact YourEyesLie by returning your acknowledgement email to us stating your intention to cancel the order It may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavour to process orders immediately. If your order has already been dispatched please return the order following the instructions contained within the parcel. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products. Further details are set out in our Returns Policy. Where your order is returned to us within 7 working days of your delivery, or you notify us in writing or by email of your wish to cancel your order within this period, the cost of your order and your original postage and packing charge will be reimbursed in full.
- Payment and Returns
- We accept payment by paypal or via bank transfer, Please note that YourEyesLie® does not accept cash or cheques as payment online. Shortly after you have placed an order with us by either emailing acoss your order or filling out the linesheet, an email will be sent to you acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from YourEyeslie®.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and YourEyesLie® will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set out below. We will take payment for your goods on submission of your order. "Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: * The product you ordered being out of stock - see Product Availability * Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment * The identification of a pricing or product description error * Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions"

We can only supply goods that are ordered online via the website. All payments including all shipping and handling fees, must be via the checkout. We will not accept any other form of payment. Delivery charges are set out at the time the order is made - YourEyesLie.com will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) to us within 30 days of the original shipment date. We will gladly issue a refund* as long as the item(s) have not been used, washed or damaged and are in the same condition as when you received them. Shipping and Handling is not refundable.
*Only items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a cash refund. Items returned after 14 days will be issued store credit.
- Product Availablitity
- We feature products on our website that have been carefully selected for Online Shopping. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, the item will be of equal or greater value than that which it replaces.
- International Duties
- International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination county's government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of YourEyesLiel. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.
