Welcome to the YOUREYESLIE.COM website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
Tracking
The vast majoirty of our shipments are sent out using DHL globalmail service, DHL use two different tracking numbers: their own DGM Item# which is only useful for tracking on their Tracking site and also a regional tracking number, this number normally starts with RX at the beginning and its this number that should be used when trying to locate your shipment from within your destination country.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE please allow 1-4 weeks - Shipping costs depend on the size of the order and the shipping method you select.We aim to ship all completed orders within 48 hours of the order being completed. All products are shipped via Asia so please take this into consideration when judging the length of shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of the order being placed. Products are shipped directly from our production and dispatch Headquarters in Asia.

Delivery will take 1-4 weeks. In most instances your order will be received within 14 days. Please leave at least 10 days before querying your order. If you do have a query or require special arrangements please contact Enquires@youreyeslie.com.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING is £3 per item, or free, if the order total is £50 or more. Please note, tracking may not be possible (to all shipable countries), but we will get a confirmation once the order has been delivered.

Delivery Information and disclaimer
All deliveries are sent from our production HQ in Asia using the national carrier.

YourEyesLie cannot be held responsible for any additional customs charges or duty imposed during the shipping of your order. You are required to take delivery of the goods ordered. If you fail to make arrangements with the courier engaged to deliver the goods to you within 14 days of the first attempt to deliver goods, then we may at our discretion store and insure the goods ordered at your cost until delivery can take place or the goods can be returned at your cost to us. In either event, we reserve the right to offset any of these costs or any consequential costs reasonably incurred by YOUREYESLIE.COM as a first charge against any monies we have received from you in respect of the order.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order please contact YOUREYESLIE.COM by returning your acknowledgment email to YOUREYESLIE.COM and stating your intention to cancel the order. If your order has already been dispatched please return the order following the instructions contained within the parcel. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products and further details are set out in our Returns Policy. Where your order is returned to us within 7 working days of your delivery, or you notify us in writing or by email of your wish to cancel your order within this period, the cost of your order and your original postage and packing charge will be reimbursed in full.
Payment and Returns
We accept payment by PayPal™ or via Bank Transfer, YOUREYESLIE.COM does not accept cash or cheques as payment online. Shortly after placing your order an email will be sent to you acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from YOUREYSLIE.COM.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and YOUREYESLIE.COM will take place when your order is despatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set out above.

We will take payment for your goods on submission of your order. Non-acceptance of an order may be but is not exclusive to one of the following reasons: * The product you ordered being out of stock - see Product Availability * Non-authorization of payment* The identification of a pricing or product description error * Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions"

Intellectual Property Rights -The designs and content rights of this website are owned by YOUREYESLIE.COM. They are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, post or transmit any part of this site without explicit consent. All trademarks, product designs and company names or logos featured on this website are the property of their owners.

We can only supply goods that are ordered online via the website. All payments including all shipping and handling fees will be via the checkout. Delivery charges are set out at the time the order is made – YOUREYESLIE.com will use all reasonable endeavor to ensure that the website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. YOUREYESLIE.COM cannot guarantee the availability of all goods displayed on the website.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely satisfied with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited in the form of a credit note. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

Product Availability

We feature products on our website that have been carefully selected for Online Shopping. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, the item will be of equal or greater value than that which it replaces.

Product representation- YOUREYESLIE.COM take every care to present the products on our website as accurately as possible. However we are unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an exact representation of the actual items.

International Duties
International orders can be subject to customs fees charged by the destination country. We have no control over amounts charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of YOUREYESLIE.COM We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges imposed through import duty upon your order.
